AlphaCore Acquires Streamline to Launch Family Office Affiliate
AlphaCore Wealth Advisory has acquired Streamline Family Office to create AlphaCore Streamline, a separate affiliate serving ultra-high-net-worth families. The unit manages around $5bn in combined assets and follows AlphaCore's expansion into tax services and another wealth acquisition.

AlphaCore Wealth Advisory has acquired Streamline Family Office to create AlphaCore Streamline (AC Streamline), a separate affiliated business focused on non-advisory family office work. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The move extends AlphaCore's wealth management structure and adds a distinct family office arm aimed at ultra-high-net-worth families. It follows the firm's expansion into tax preparation and planning last year, and builds on a non-advisory family office foundation led by Tara Dekel, director of AlphaCore Family Office.
Streamline is based in Dover, Massachusetts, and was founded by Katie Sullivan, who has overseen the business for more than 25 years. The company delivers independent family office services and has a team of 15. Its senior staff include chief relationship officer Amy Johnston, chief operating officer Rebecca Sliwoski, chief financial officer Trisha Presley, and family advisor leader Andrea Longo Carter.
The acquired group accounts for around $5bn in combined assets.
Sullivan framed the partnership as a way to keep evolving with existing clients while extending the same attention to more families, citing greater capabilities. The transaction places Streamline inside a broader advisory platform while keeping its work separate from AlphaCore's advisory operations.
AlphaCore founder and CEO Dick Pfister described genuine family office relationships as defined by intimacy and trust, going beyond investment management to understand a family's dynamics, priorities and aspirations. He said teams with decades of experience and deep relationships are rare, and that Streamline fits AlphaCore's founding vision of an enduring boutique client experience.
A wider consolidation pattern
The deal comes after AlphaCore Wealth Advisory acquired Brave Family Advisors, a wealth management firm managing $700m in client assets, last month. Taken together, the two transactions show AlphaCore adding both advisory assets and non-advisory family office capability.
For families and their advisers, the structure matters. AC Streamline will operate as a separate affiliated business rather than as part of AlphaCore's advisory arm, a distinction that can shape how services are delivered and how conflicts are managed. The combined $5bn in assets under the Streamline group's remit also gives a sense of the scale the affiliate brings.
The acquisition also highlights the personnel depth that buyers in the family office sector are seeking. Streamline's leadership team covers relationships, operations, finance and family advisory, while its 15-person team has served ultra-high-net-worth families independently. AlphaCore's existing family office work, led by Dekel, provides the internal foundation on which AC Streamline is being built.
