1. Essential storage and optional choices
RELICT uses cookies and similar browser storage to maintain secure sessions, remember language and privacy choices, and, where you allow it, measure use and attribute referrals. Essential storage supports requested functions and security. Optional analytics and referral storage are controlled through the cookie choices available on the Platform. Choose Decline for essential storage only or Accept for all optional categories. You can later change your choice through Cookie settings. Closing the banner without a choice, including an outside tap or swipe, applies Decline. Optional scripts and tags initialize only after Accept or restoration of a still-valid prior acceptance.
2. Storage categories
Purpose — Storage or identifier — Normal duration
Secure account session and request protection — Session and XSRF/security cookies — Session expiry normally follows a 120-minute inactivity window, renewed by activity; security cookie lifetimes follow their function.
Optional persistent sign-in — Remember-login token when selected — Until its expiry, sign-out or revocation.
Language selection — relict_locale — Up to 365 days.
Cookie preference — relict_cookie_choice, with a local browser copy where used — Up to 12 months for the cookie and its expiring local copy. The local copy cannot grant optional consent by itself.
Optional analytics visitor identification — relict_analytics_visitor — Up to 365 days, subject to consent.
Optional analytics activity grouping — relict-analytics-session in session storage — A 30-minute activity window; browser session storage also follows the browser session lifecycle.
Optional first-referral attribution — relict_referral — Normally up to 30 days, or consumed when registration establishes the attribution.
These are normal application durations; a browser may clear, limit or block storage earlier. Server-side security, consent, transaction and referral records have their own purpose-based retention and are not deleted merely because a cookie expires.
3. Analytics and referral information
Where optional analytics is enabled, information may include page paths, referring domain, engagement, loading performance, approximate country, device and browser characteristics. Signed-in activity may be associated with an account for the disclosed analytics purpose. Analytics cookies are not required to fund an artwork transaction.
An optional referral cookie records an eligible first referral. If you register during the applicable attribution window, a referral relationship may be recorded against the account for the Affiliate Program. Withdrawal of future cookie consent stops the optional storage concerned; it does not necessarily erase a lawful account attribution or an already accrued reward record.
4. Controls and external providers
You can reopen Cookie settings, change your choices and clear browser storage. Blocking essential session or security cookies may prevent sign-in or other requested functions. RELICT's optional tracking controls respect detected Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by suppressing optional tracking covered by those controls.
Escrow.com, Convelio, Stripe and other external sites may use their own cookies when you visit or interact with their services. Their notices and controls govern those cookies; RELICT's cookie selector does not control every external provider. Contact info@relict.cloud for questions about RELICT's preferences. The Privacy Policy explains related processing and rights.
