RELICT provides an online venue and Platform tools. The Artist identified in the sale agreement is the seller. RELICT is not a party to the artwork sale, does not hold the artwork or the parties' artwork funds, and does not guarantee a work or transaction.
For an artwork description, delivery obligation, cancellation or refund of its price, contact the Artist using the details in the sale agreement. For escrow funds or Escrow.com's service, use the provider's transaction support and dispute channels. For Convelio's delivery service or an insurance claim, use the contact and claims procedure in the accepted provider agreement. RELICT support addresses the operation of RELICT's Platform and accounts.
Artwork payments and the Artist-funded Platform Fee pass through Escrow.com. Stripe is used only for API subscriptions. The Company's public contact page does not replace the party and provider information disclosed in an accepted transaction or information that must be supplied under applicable law.
