1. Scope and eligibility
The RELICT Affiliate Program rewards approved referrals of eligible API subscription customers. It does not pay rewards on artwork sales, the Artist's Platform Fee, wallet activity or escrow transfers. Participation does not make you RELICT's employee, agent, broker, representative or partner. You cannot bind RELICT or promise benefits that RELICT has not published.
2. Attribution and reward
An eligible affiliate earns 5% of qualifying net API subscription revenue actually received from a properly attributed customer for the lifetime of that customer relationship, subject to these terms. Qualifying net revenue excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, credits and amounts not actually received. A refunded or reversed payment reduces the associated reward, including an adjustment to a previously credited reward.
Attribution uses the eligible first referral. Where optional browser referral storage is permitted, the normal referral window is thirty days. Registration during that window may establish the continuing account attribution. The browser cookie's expiry does not itself end an established account attribution. A reward is not earned merely by a visit, signup or unpaid invoice. RELICT may investigate duplicate or manipulated attribution and correct an error using the relevant records.
3. Payouts and records
The minimum payout request is USD 50 in eligible accrued rewards. Payouts are reviewed manually and may require accurate identity, tax and payment details and satisfaction of applicable payment-provider requirements. A review is not permission to confiscate a lawfully earned reward. RELICT may withhold the disputed portion while investigating suspected fraud, reversal or a legal restriction and will account for a supported adjustment.
You are responsible for your taxes and lawful disclosures. Payout costs or currency-conversion charges must be disclosed where applicable. You must keep your contact and payout information accurate.
4. Permitted promotion
Do not use spam, unlawful advertising, misleading endorsements, self-referrals, fabricated customers, cookie stuffing, unauthorized brand impersonation or other methods that manipulate attribution. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required. You may describe the API accurately, but you must not claim that RELICT guarantees a work, authenticates an artist's authorship or participates as seller in an artwork sale.
5. Changes, termination and disputes
RELICT may close the program to new participation or suspend or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion, including for abuse. Lawfully accrued rewards and established attribution are not erased merely by a prospective program change or account closure, subject to substantiated fraud, lawful adjustments and applicable payment restrictions. A material alteration of an existing entitlement requires an applicable contractual basis and required notice or agreement.
